• Make an APPOINTMENT to have your items assessed by phoning (250) 563-3353 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. 
• Only GOOD QUALITY items will be accepted.
• For the sake of freshness please LAUNDER all items that have not been laundered within the past 2 weeks. 
• Please PRESS. This gives you an opportunity to check for needed repairs or de-pilling. Watch for ripped seams, missing buttons or other flaws that may render them not salable. 
• MATERNITY wear is welcome. Please bring only attractive items that are of good quality.
• Equipment and toys must be as CLEAN. 
• CLEARLY LABEL EACH BOX or BAG with your consignment number.
